Sunday Come Soon!

I still have ringing in my ears from the Delta Spirit show.
It was punch full of energy and good times.

One line has stuck in my head all day thus far from one of their
songs -> " My love is coming and i can barely hardly wait" <- i've
been singing it over and over and over. I think it's because my girl
Vanja will be here for good come this Sunday. HORRAH! HORRAH!

BEN BLOOD for NO THEFT

PATRICK IS NOW 24!

CHEERS ALL AROUND!

Hey Tommy why was yesterday so awesome?

Was it because the Chigaco Cubs beat the Mets?

Was it because you got to see one of your favorite bands Delta Spirit?

Was it because you helped Wonder get a ticket and she got put on the
guest list and then she bought 2 of Delta Spirits' records and then
she gave you one and then you asked politely if it was okay to trade
it in for the vinyl instead in which she was totally cool with?

My answer is YES.

Happy Sabbath & Croquet Rules!

This past Sabbath we had lunch in the park and provided
food for new visitors at our church. Bruce is on one of
the teams so we got to chip in Juice & Chips!

After lunch i was laying down in the sun and actually
fell asleep! My friend Nate True snapped the above
photo of me. Later on that day Patrick, Bruce, and I
discovered our joy over Croquet! Patrick was first
to become POISON! But in the end he happened to
go thru one of the thin wire archs and lost!
The shot of the two balls is a close call, only
a blade of grass separated the victim from
Patrick POISON Toney!

Awhile back i was drawing daily in a little book of mine
with my illustrations overall the words. During that time
i developed a French Garcon and have now revamped him
in my new sketch book i just got! Voila!

bitter at the cusp
i'm overcome by your success
crushed by your crowds
defeated by the wind in your sails
the cheers and the smiles
i know we tread callings
but all i feel is the deep

i'm not in the kitchen
and i'm not at your feet
just get me in the room

Home for now

I have been house hoping with GV for weeks now including a church
basement at one point for a week or so. My friends Shane and Erica
have invited us to stay at their place as long as we need to until
we get on our feet even if its for a year they told us.

Having something this certain in our life is so meaningful and
special to me. These are some snaps taken on evening walk
around Marysville Washington.

The last ones of me and my friend Micah are taken by his
little brother Jonah. I think he's 4 and i was teaching some
basic camera things in an Indian restaurant on their mothers
birthday. GREAT TIMES! Enjoy

RICK

MMMMMmmm...YUM. I've been thinking of getting rid of my
semi-hollow G&L for a while now and replace it with a
solid body guitar. I've always had a peaked interest
when it comes to Rickenbacker guitars and this one
especially because it makes me think of bruces
bass. Wonderful wood. MMMMmm....heres a look.

OH and I guess it helps that
Creedence Clearwater Revival had one
in their line up.

CWK!

The boys will be back in town sept. 29th and i'm going. One i've never seen them and two their new record is about to be out and i'm stoked. (aaron you should be out here during that time and come to the show) and anyone else in the seatown area, Its gonna be dope!

PEACE: Think about the Deuce

In 1969 a young chap by the name of Jerry Levitan snuck
into a hotel with a reel-to-reel tape deck to find John Lennon.
He somehow found JL and asked him to do an interview and speak
on peace. These 5 minutes are just swell and are presented with
brilliant design/animation. ENJOY!

The States : Frank Chimero

Frank Chimero is too genius. He's on a mission to convert the states
of America into images that are as distinct as the states shape. Take
a look and be convinced. Sufjan has a challenger now! BRING IT!

Ballard|Aaron

This afternoon i drove by this door in Ballard that i just instantly
foundmyself attached to. Ballard is hip with an antique/modern
thing going for it,its pretty cool to just kick it there, also is down
by the water and locks!Patrick stopped by Archie McPhees and i
ran down the street to snap these photos. As soon as i saw the
rich textures around i thought of my friend Aaron
(look in my pals list)that he would be eating them up so i
dedicate this blog to him!

Please check out his photo/word works, both of creative quality!
